This underrated cut delivers deep, beefy flavor and stays juicy with a simple sear in a hot skillet. Whether you're feeding the family or treating yourself, it’s a quick meal that never compromises on taste.

Ingredients:

  • 4 top chuck blade steaks (1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4-5 garlic cloves (2 diced, 3 whole)
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

Pat steaks dry and season with salt, pepper, diced garlic, and a squeeze of lemon.

Heat butter, olive oil, and whole garlic cloves in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add steaks and sear for 2-3 minutes per side for medium.

Squeeze more lemon juice over steaks just before removing from the skillet.
