Ruameats Return/Refund Policy:

Returns: We ensure delivery to the home address specified on your account at the time of order placement, and upon the agreed delivery date. Please note, deliveries to business addresses cannot be guaranteed. In the event that a package is delivered to a closed business, the courier will make the delivery on the subsequent business day, potentially resulting in thawing of products.

As our products are perishable and cannot be restocked or resold, we do not accept returns.

Refunds: Our refund policy covers the following situations:

  • Damaged items not caused by the carrier
  • Late delivery or improper handling by the carrier resulting in defrosted items or damage
  • Missing items

The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery as per our terms and conditions
  • Late delivery due to an incorrect address
  • Inability to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date, leading to defrosted items or damage

Reporting an Issue with Your Order: If you encounter any issues with your Ruameats order that fall within our refund policy, please contact us at info@ruameats.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will thoroughly assess your concerns and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacing the affected product, issuing credit for your next purchase, or providing a partial/full refund. To expedite the process, we may request photos of the product label and any reported damage.
