Returns: We ensure delivery to the home address specified on your account at the time of order placement, and upon the agreed delivery date. Please note, deliveries to business addresses cannot be guaranteed. In the event that a package is delivered to a closed business, the courier will make the delivery on the subsequent business day, potentially resulting in thawing of products.
As our products are perishable and cannot be restocked or resold, we do not accept returns.

Our team will thoroughly assess your concerns and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacing the affected product, issuing credit for your next purchase, or providing a partial/full refund. To expedite the process, we may request photos of the product label and any reported damage.
