All our meat is cut and trimmed by professional butchers in a clean, sanitary and Provincially regulated environment. We slaughter red meat and poultry, also known as Chilvers Meat. We provide slaughtering, custom cutting, wrapping, vacuum packaging, and labeling services for farmers and butcher shops.
