  1. Braised Short Ribs:

    • 4 pounds beef short ribs

    • 4 bone-in pork chops

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 cup apple cider
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

    Instructions:

    • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
